About SS Ventures

A new Paradigm is being formed … “Strategic Ventures are no longer a challenge, they are a mechanical manifestation of years of hard-earned experience”

About Us

our vision

SS Ventures provides advisory services across immigration, cross-border litigation, due diligence, and investment — built on two decades of specialist experience and increasingly shaped by digital transformation in how that advice is delivered.

our mission

  • Providing Innovative Advisory Services
  • Protecting Clients' Interests
  • Adapting to Digital Transformations

Mission

●        Deliver advisory services grounded in verified data, not assumption

●        Protect client interests above transaction volume

●        Apply digital tools and AI where they improve outcomes, not as a marketing layer

Heritage

SS Ventures traces its origins to 2002, built on two decades of immigration counsel, cross-border litigation management, and investment advisory experience. Samara Strategic Ventures was formally registered in Sharjah, UAE on 7 October 2024, consolidating that history under a single advisory practice.

Today we operate from Amman (Jordan), Sharjah (UAE), and Toronto (Canada).

Governance

Our core team carries 62 years of collective professional experience. We are supplemented by a network of associate law firms and specialist advisors, engaged under formal agreements, who extend our capacity on specific matters without compromising our direct accountability to the client.

Our Canadian immigration practice is regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada (CICC). Across every other practice area, we apply the same regulatory framework and code of conduct voluntarily — including client onboarding, client accounts, due diligence, file management, reporting, accountability, and errors-and-omissions insurance — so that clients receive a consistent standard of governance regardless of which practice is advising them.

We screen all clients and matters against applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing requirements.

How we work

Every engagement begins with a clear brief: we assess the client's objective against market reality before recommending a course of action. We continue to monitor market conditions for the duration of any advice given, and we revise our position if conditions change materially.

Our commitment

Once retained, a matter receives our full attention. We report progress in plain, direct terms, and we do not proceed on assumptions where verifiable data is available.
